User Responsibility
Parents: Have full control over their children's data.
School Admins:
1. Can delete and add users to the school.
2. Can delete zones, activities, and assignments from the school.
School Teachers:
1. Can delete zones, activities, and assignments they created.
2. Can manage data for their students.
School Volunteers:
1. Can delete zones, activities, and assignments they created.
2. Can manage data for their students.
Students: Cannot access personal information like payments or passwords.
Your Data Security
Do not share your password.
We will never ask for your password via phone or email.
Users are logged out after 1 year of inactivity.
Always log out on shared or public devices.
Data Backup
Backups are stored daily.
Data Collection & Use
Mailing List: Email addresses are used for updates & invitations.
Support: Contact details are used for customer support.
Account Info: Includes name, email, school, and payment details.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted services for analytics, marketing, and improving your experience. These services process data on our behalf but cannot use it for their own purposes.
Data Updates
Users can update or delete their data by themselves from their My Profile.
Data Deletion
Inactive accounts are deleted after 21 days.
Parents can delete their children's data at any time.

Since our platform is for children, we follow CIPA rules:
- Filters block harmful or inappropriate content.
- Activities on the platform are monitored for safety.
- Educational materials teach safe internet use.
- Parents are notified of any unsafe activities.
